For the sake of transparency, bitcoinrush responded almost immediately! below is my private message and their response. I cant reply to your private message as I am a newbie account (I only get 1 per hour). How long is it going to take to process? I would prefer for you to process my withdrawal then I can deposit the amounts I wish to wager. If this cant be done within the next few hours then I would ask for you to cancel. I have an outstanding withdrawal of .85ish BTC can you tell me when it will be processed? It has been around 16 hours now.

can you please add European Basketball as well beisde the NBA or in a complete new tab ??
been betting on European basketball in the last weeks and I find Pinnacle most of the times have the highest odds for these events so it would be nice to see bitcoinrush offering them and have the lead as well
EDIT : also is live bet not working ?? I tried to place bets live now on tennis and I keep getting messages that line changed even after refreshing I keep getting the same thing and the odds didn't change ??

please check my post above about adding basketball also I still have the live wagering problem today , tried to bet on two tennis matches live and my bets didn't go through was getting errors about lines change and another error that I don't remember exactly what it was so is live wagering not working for all players and for all sports or is it just me or tennis |

Regarding Live Wagering, please take a screenshot and send to support next time you get it. Live Wagering is tricky, and we are only as good as our Odds Provider. I've seen better success in between games for Tennis, or commercial breaks for other sports.
will do tomorrow if I tried live wagering again the thing is that I wasn't able to bet even between the small breaks and even after the sets finish , so not sure why this happened since it happened in two matches at two different times that's why I thought your live wagering isn't working and posted here |

does the leaderboard start counting for the new month after the month start or does it start right after you credit the players of the previous month ??
didn't win anything this month but asking since I'm trying to bring some players from pinnacle to bitcoinrush due the betbacks and the monthly leaderboard and want to make sure that I'm fully understanding the concept behind the leaderboard

Hi Sy, Last question first - Max bet is roughly around 0.5 btc for major sports events (NBA, Soccer, MLB, etc). If you place a larger bet than what is offered at that time, the error message will tell you how much the max bet is at that time for that event. Regarding MBI utility, we are introducing a new exchange, https://www.potex.io, which will have defaults pairs of both BTC and MBI. This, in theory, will help drive usage and price. As part of that, MBI will be supported in MoneyPot, and all MoneyPot supported apps - so you will be able to gamble with them in the near future.
