I don't even know how this trend started that members in your gambling site are using this forum to complain about issues internally to your website. It maybe because they think that their issues will be resolve faster as your reputation is on the line when they are posting about their issues, or they are simply just here to directly make your services look bad in the forum. They don't even mention anything about your support team not being responsive about their complains meaning that they are not voicing their concern first on the right way.

They've had grading errors in the past, and this is likely an error. Send them an email (admin@bitcoinrush.io) and they'll fix it pretty quickly.

it seems everyone is suffering from wrong grading , it's kinda annoying to keep checking bet status especially if someone is doing a lot of bets on different sites
personally sometimes I may not even notice if there is a wrong grade , so hope this will be fixed really soon

few days ago I had a wrong grade , but that error paid me more since it was a double bet and one of the selections was a push but the system graded the double as a full win
so these errors may cost the site money as well

Has been more than 24 hours since I put in a withdrawal request, still show PENDING, small amount of 0.11 BTC only, still has another 0.22 BTC in the account.

Wrote to their support about 6 hours ago, and has not get any reply.

Honestly, I really like this site for sports betting, as it has one of the best odds in market.

But the grading issues and withdrawal delays are something the admins/Mods have to do address soonest.

withdrawals are done without further issue, admin support also replied and apologises for the delay.

The top prize is 100mBtc and I believe I'm the only eligible winner, as the T&Cs stated that all players have to wager minimum 3500 mBtc in sports betting and any casino games. I've wagered over 4600 mBtc and so far there's no one else that meets the 3500 mBtc mark.

Problem is, I've emailed to the site's admin email regarding this, and there's is no reply yet.

Fingers cross, hopefully there's some positive reply from the site soon.

Probably the admin is still in New Year's holiday at the moment so they haven't credited the prize to your account. congratulations , looking at the current leaderboard it seems that rush decided to stop offering prizes for the coming months since it's only showing leaderboard without prizes
it seems there are some delays these days due to holidays , also last time I sent an email to support they told me that my email ended in junk so there was a small delay
maybe that's the case with your email as well

but overall it's probably due to holidays , I have a withdrawal request pending for over 24 hours as well

don't worry about it you will get it , my last withdrawal was delayed as well and it was smaller but I got it

any updates regarding the VIP program ?? there is a clear bug for me that I reported over a month ago
basically my comps needed to level up aren't going down no matter how much I bet , when I reported the issue it was showing like that I need 16 mbtc more in rewards to level up as I remember
now it's showing I need 18.62 mbtc to level up so it looks impossible for me to level up

please fix it ASAP , the VIP program is one of the main reasons I'm betting with rush and feels like I'm missing value by not leveling up
