So I attempted a withdrawal 4 days ago, no sign of anything and no response to my support ticket. Also when I click on the blockchain link it just goes to a site that says "error".

Is this normal? Pretty poor service I'd say.

wow one month ? many have been reporting withdrawal and email delays but it seems everyone got paid after contacting the admin through telegram

why will they block you ? and they dont block anyone else  .  like sygambler said , others already got paid  .  are you sure that you are playing fairly or what if you have done some violation that are against thier terms of service     . they reply two weeks but the withdrawal is now one month  ? so you mean you have waited over a month before you send a concern   .  you should have acted imediately if you feel that withdrawal is stuck so that they can assist you quicker

Wait 2 weeks before I get reply. Next they tell will get back to me. 2 more weeks go past. No payout

Create a ticket.. and if you have created a ticket, follow the instructions in the ticket.

Stop the nonsense in public forums, it's pathetic and the main reason why this forum is a cancer to the crypto community.

Normally I would say taking this long and having all these complaints would suggest for something not going right with a website. But right now I can't bring myself to say it for bitcoinrush. They have been around for 7 years now and they have also promoted themselves with their odds which are easily the best anywhere, and they had plenty of people who gambled here all the time so if they wanted to do something they would have done long time ago.

I think this could be due to the pandemic and the lockdown, they must have been doing not that well anymore because its hard to work at home for a casino and they are probably getting a bit behind, sure they wouldn't want it neither but its the world we live in right now, everyone is at home and things are more difficult.

Unfortunately, this is going on since a while... bitcoinrush is doing some internal changes and due to these changes everything is slowed down. They are on the way, or maybe they got it, to have the licence and this has some bureaucracy with documents and so on... that's why now they are asking for KYC in order to process withdrawals.
Asked on telegram to the channel mentioned up (keep asking and then you will have your money back) and got an answer then they told me to go on their support side of the website and open a ticket.. opened followed all the steps and now passed more than 3 months since I asked for 0.25BTC... this happened already once. I am patient with them because at the end will pay out but damn they have to solve this faster because they are kinda getting bad even if they are around since 7 years.

Bitcoinrush come back stronger than before pls!
