will you buy something online and pay in BTC ?

Yes, I bought some physical items using bitcoins, one of my latest item is even a socks with a bitcoin logo on it, I bought it during the Christmas season last year. I also use bitcoin as a payment to different services most likely to the internet service provider, although they not accept it directly, I have manged to pay it electronically, using other apps.

Or it’s just a form of investment like gold was a decade ago ?

Personally, I did not invest in gold or alike, I don't even have gold bars that could be keep in treasure boxes. But I have bitcoin in my wallets, somewhat I prefer to hoard almost half of my bitcoins.

I used to use it for steam purchase and then they removed bitcoin from the system I think. I'm not able to use it for my steam shopping anymore. I maybe use it for p2p payments then.

Well, yes, we have used Bitcoin to purchase/shop online but those are just few instances because  our main purpose of using Bitcoin is to save and invest.

The main reason why people use bitcoin was because bitcoin offers a hassle free payment for everyone. And if the online market accept bitcoin, it was a huge change because theres a possibility that the COD form of payment will illiminate.

It was one on the issue Satoshi saw the world needed it. But as far now it mainly use is trading for speculation by the newbie and holding by one who bought it years ago.

Of course it needs to be legalised FIRST somewhere. But after that a, will you buy something online and pay in BTC ?
Or it’s just a form of investment like gold was a decade ago ?

Maybe if we abide the logic behind creating bitcoin by satoshi maybe the world government would have accepted. We can still make money from using it to buy something online without investing.

I dont use my bitcoin for buying goods and paying services because I have not seen a store yet who accept bitcoin for payment in my country. As of now I only use bitcoin in trading.
Also, the use of bitcoin as a means of payment is illegal here, although it can be used online, I do not want to take risks. So, I use bitcoin only as an asset, I want to make it as a saving for my old age someday.

To date, I have not used Bitcoin as a digital currency for online payment.
I can not wait for Amazon to take bitkoyn. I can not wait to see that Visa supports a credit card and other means with Bitcoin. People really sleep in the crypto-currency market, there are many dinosaurs who are afraid of change. I can not wait to see how far Bitcoin really can please me.

Yes, one of my purpose in using Bitcoin is to pay my monthly bills , buying prepaid load, buying online stuff without hassle, no need to drive to pay for those. Bitcoin is been a big help for me in terms of doing things easier. Good thing in our country there is a website that you can do those things using Bitcoin. For further details about that website you can visit coins.ph

I have never tried it because my btc is just a small amount before  and it's not enough to pay anything so if my btc grew much more, I will try it to use it to buy loads for my phone and my monthly bills.

There was a time when i used to purchase stuff online and was very much active in some of the sites but when the transaction charges went up,i started concentrating solely on trading and my real life job, since we are seeing a decline in the transaction fees and hopefully it will come down further i will start buying things with it.

In my case, I haven't tried using Bitcoin as a payment online. I haven't purchased and pay thru Bitcoins. This is because my usual method of purchasing is COD or cash on delivery.
So, I usually pay when goods are delivered at our home. Although, it's an indirect payment of bitcoin since I usually withdraw bitcoin to buy.
