As CheechCoon wrote, you need to swap your tokens because they are old HAT tokens. You can see the guide on the Hawala blog.

The swap is supported by the team until the end of January. That means you can expect help from us until the end of this month. However, you will be able to make the swap after that too, just without the support because the team will more concentrated on the development. But I don't understand why won't you do the swap now? The gas price is fairly low now and old HAT tokens doesn't support staking.

If you're using MyEtherWallet, then you must add custom token. Click on the button Add Custom Token and enter these details you need to add it:
- Token Contract Address: 0x9002D4485b7594e3E850F0a206713B305113f69e
- Token Symbol: HAT (you can enter HATnew if you get an error saying the token symbol exists)
- Decimals: 12

If you have old tokens than you must remove current one from your wallet and add custom token again with old data than you will get new tokens. In this way you will be able to get new tokens after swap.

Gas limit is okay if you want faster confirmation than make GWEI to 40 it will make the conformation process much faster otherwise it could take more than 1 hour to get confirmed. Last time my transaction stuck there for 3 hours but with that it working nice.

I think there's some confusion about the old and new HAT tokens. Old HAT tokens contract is 0xc3972ac283b3a7a56125674631a5c254f7f373cf and new HAT tokens contract is 0x9002d4485b7594e3e850f0a206713b305113f69e
If you have old HAT tokens (if you see HAT tokens in the MyEtherWallet when you add custom token with contract address 0xc3972ac283b3a7a56125674631a5c254f7f373cf), then you must swap it. To swap tokens means send old HAT tokens to the old contract address (0xc3972ac283b3a7a56125674631a5c254f7f373cf). Then the system will recognize that those are old HAT tokens and it will automatically send you new HAT tokens. That process can take some time (from few minutes to few days), depending how congested the Ethereum network is. If you haven't received new HAT tokens 24 hours after sending the old HAT tokens, then go to the Telegram chat and fill the form that you can find in the pinned post.

I hope this clarifies everything about the swap process and I won't see questions about the swap at least on the next two pages of this thread.
