Bitcoin Millionaire Erik Finman Challenges Jamie Dimon to a Boxing Match

This past June news.Bitcoin.com reported on the entrepreneur, Erik Finman, who became a bitcoin millionaire at 18 years old. However, Finman became well known before making his first million when he put $1000 into bitcoin in May of 2011 that later turned out to be a really good investment.

Finman’s investment grew to be worth over $100,000, and he was able to create his own startup. He later sold the company in 2015 for 300 BTC when bitcoin was roughly $200 per coin. This June Finman said he day traded his bitcoins and gathered a total of 403 bitcoins, and when the price hit $2,710 per BTC, he was a millionaire.

This week Finman has had some words for Jamie Dimon the CEO of JP Morgan for calling ordinary bitcoin investors “stupid.” Because of Dimon’s derogatory remarks against bitcoin, the 18-year old entrepreneur has been asking Jamie Dimon to join him in a boxing match to raise money for the natural disaster victims in Puerto Rico. Finman chatted with news.Bitcoin.com about his beef with Dimon, and he tells us it’s pretty ironic a Wall Street type who is accused of so many financial crimes is calling bitcoin a “fraud.” Among other subject’s Finman also tells us his thoughts about bitcoin’s current price and what he thinks the value might be in the future.

This is a classic from Erik Finman. I think Jamie Dimon has meet his match. This is another way of raising awareness for bitcoin economy and I hope more people will invest on bitcoin. And the match is to raise money for help victims in Puerto Rico. What's gonna be Dimon's answer then? C'mon man up and take the challenge. hahahaha

We have to wait and see if Dimon will reply back this is huge marketing ploy for bitcoin. The ball is at Dimon end's now let see how will he responds and see if he has the balls.

Yes, that'll certainly portray Bitcoin fans in a light that signifies they're ready to take world finance to the next level. Very impressive PR stuff from the little lad. He'll go a long way.

And why isn't it E sports?

I’m not interested in the boxing match for I know it won’t be wise to make it happen as Jamie Dimon is mentally incapable to be a brawl.
Ive been in bitcoin community for a while now and I thought I’ve read most of the good stories about sucess but to be honest it’s my first time to see Erik Finman incredible teenage career on cryptocurrency. Eventhough that is believable the determination of this young guy speak his confidence and trust to bitcoin and its future.

Erik will represents our hatred toward that CEO and it only show how passionate we are to the things what we believe in.

And I fully agree. Mr. Jamie Dimon got the gallstones and hard face to call Bitcoin as a fraud when in fact he and his cohorts were the very reason why Bitcoin came into being in the first place. He is more of a fraud and a scam much bigger than Bitcoin. The only thing that separate Dimon and the prison wall is the government who bailed them in the height of the financial crisis in 2007-2008.

Now, I hope that Jamie would accept the challenge of Erik...Jamie vs. Erik am sure who will win.

The boxing match will not happen. Finman arguing with Dimon and attacking him is already enough for me. Finman on our side is a good counter everytime Jamie makes another stupid statement about btc. Finman will totally dominate that FUD Dimon.

I hope Jamie accepts his challenge and Finman hits 10 kinds of shit out of him. We all know the Wall Street guys use their lawyers to fight for them, so this will probably be a no show for Jamie. The Bitcoin guy has won the fight, even before it started. We also know bankers steal money from people, they do not give money to charity.

Cmon Jamie, where are you hiding? Probably behind his Bitcoin daughter. ^lol^

This is just getting ridiculous now, I think the Bitcoin community should learn to ignore obvious naysayers instead of giving them attention that they seek by arguing with them, or turning them into some kind of anti-celebrity like it happened with  Jamie Dimon. Bitcoin is meant to be stronger than FUD and the flawed argument about bubble or ponzi scheme was around since early days, so there's nothing here that deserves out attention.

I think all I want to see about this boxing match is Dimon's ass getting kicked
as most of the bitcoin supporters would, most likely
this guy has been a pest and his outbursts caused the price to drop, his timing was just after the china's ICO ban and exchanges ban
so he picked the timing knowing pretty well the effects his words would cause
I'm sure he is secretly buying bitcoins, too
