Wallet Phrase, can i backup or send funds?!

Hello guys!
2 years ago i made a bitcoin wallet, they said write down my Bitcoin Wallet Phrase, my .wallet and .dat file missed... I only have the Wallet Phrase, can i backup it somehow to spend my missing Bitcoins?
I still know the ammount, its have 0.09 Bitcoins, but i can't get it back because my files missed ... 
What can i do with this Wallet Phrase? (12 words)

What wallet did you use? If you use Electrum or Multibit, or any other HD wallet, you just need the 12 word phrase to restore your wallet and use it.

Multibit's development has been discontinued so you would have to use Electrum to restore your wallet.

You are probably talking about your seed here, which probably had 12 words at the time you generated it. Open up your desktop wallet, which in my case is "Electrum" -> https://electrum.org/#home



Click on the " Restore existing wallet with seed ".

Fill in your seed, and your wallet should be there. Please let me know if this fixed it.

I used Multibit , i will try this things thanks But now multibit is dead, it didn''t work anymore
I have multibit wallet files , but idk where can i use them lol. (Thats not the same wallet! I have 2 missing wallet xD... 1 with unknown funds lol.)

Do you have anything other then the 12 seed phrase? I think you already recovered your wallet, maybe you can check online if you ever received / spend something on the adress?

Firstly, stop using "bold" text...

Secondly, what was the "Derivation Path" that you used with your MultiBit Seed when you created the wallet in Electrum? If you left it as the default (m/44'/0'/0') it wouldn't work... you need to use m/0'
