Do you think with the way things are shaping up on cryptocurrency and popularity hitting new heights, should our schooling systems be implementing course and opportunities for young people to learn about this field in depth in school time? Most people i speak to got into cryptocurrency and such through own interest etc

Going forward do you think schools will get up with the times say in the next 5-10 years or will it still be something young people will need to do outside of school time if they want to enhance their knowledge

Crypto currency has a lot of potentials and can generate jobs, incomes or it can even run a business in the future. If you were to ask me, schools should stay the way it is right now since it was a proven formula to educate young people. However, if someone really wants to learn about bitcoin, there should a group/organization at school who can teach them or at least introduce bitcoin. Bitcoin can be learned by reading articles but it is much better if there will be someone who can really teach you the basics. A group of people trying to learn bitcoin is actually fun. I hope we have that in our country.  Grin Grin

Hi! I think that there is no need to teach exactly cryptocurrency. It will be more useful to study the basis of cryptography and blockchain (and math underlying). Of course, the knowledge of financial laws is also necessary. However, these disciplines are rather difficult for studying in young age.

I am sure that in a few years new courses on blockchain will be introduced at universities.

It's a good idea to teach it, but I doubt it's possible at the moment. You can think about some additional activities that would be for the willing students. Mandatory in this situation makes no sense.

In 5-10 years it is possible, but school can start learning about it maybe earlier. But i do not think it is good option for all. More people = more troubles
