Hopefully we can introduce bitcoin to our fellow OFW bitcoin is really great help for them imagine sending money to their loved ones with no fees and it can take up few minutes to their loved ones.
Thats true this would be a great help for OFW's to save or instead of paying fees they just send it fully to their loveones in just a matter of one click no hassle in their part for a fast and easy transaction that made on their part more convenient.Another thing is as an OFW being far from loveones seems an endless nightmare for them being away from their families seems so hard to conquer and if there will emergencies happens that was so hard on their part knowing that they have nothing to do to help..but if they know how to earn from bitcoin they dont need to go abroad in aiming to have their loveones a good future. |

Remittances are a typical use for cryptocurrencies given the ridiculous fees of some services out there not to mention bank transfers. Any crypto in fact can be used as long as it is easy to convert to fiat on the receiving end. That is particularly true for the unbanked people in the world. |

I even heard about an ICO (SalPay) that aims to move payroll across-bordermoney, money remittance of OFW working abroad to their loved ones in the Philippines with ease and safe.

why does it specifically have to be the Fillipinos who are overseas who will greatly benefits from bitcoin in the first place. When it comes to bitcoins, almost everyone is going to benefits irrespective of the location of the person or nationality. As long as you have the funds to invest you are going to benefit. |

Yes, it's really a big help to our pilipino people working abroad that we have a coins.ph that connect into easy transaction by sending php money or in a bitcoin currency. And one thing to share in helping our OFW is by convincing them to joined in a signature campaign for them to earned bitcoin currency because this are profitable way to counterfeit in earning just like what we earned in outside the country. |

Bitcoin helps more people to work at home but receive their salaries abroad. It can be much more profitable. As for the Philippines, the people themselves are to blame for that don't have the money. Who you were forced to choose a dictator Duterte President. Dictators don't like bitcoin and therefore you will soon and bitcoin will not help but that is another topic.
You shouldn't be blaming the people in the Philippines for not having money. That would be like blaming the poor for being poor, while it is a matter of power and privilege. You shouldn't also blame Duterte. He may be a dictator type, but as of now he still does not have a final stand for bitcoin. We cannot say for sure if he does not like bitcoin, but in fact the Philippines' central is slowly starting to accept and adopt. as for OFWs, I guess in a way it may help them however transaction fees and times may be problematic. Also, the price frequently fluctuates. I find remittances to be already convenient. |

This is a really good question. In our country many or almost one of the family is in abroad. Just to earn more money and to help their parents in financially. Then some of OFW's using bitcoin to invest their money. Then they convert it from bitcoin to local money and they send it by coins.ph because is it easier than to send from bank to bank. Bitcoin really help OFW's to ear more and because of coins.ph the sending of money is making them easier.

For me wire transfer of Bitcoin is much cheaper than other "pera padala" here in the Philippines. Not only that mining and investing in Bitcoin as a other source of income is nice a choice.

Bitcoin can be a source of extra income to some of our countrymen working abroad especially OFW. Joining bitcoin and do some investing and trading will give more opportunities of earning bigger. Bigger earning will be a good effect for them because they will sustain it to their loved ones and its really a big help. They are working abroad and at the same time earning from bitcoin, I guess the more you earn from bitcoin maybe you will go home and stop working as an OFW and focus as a bitcoiner because we all know that there is a good future in bitcoin.

It helps and give some extra income for adding to the financial needs and have some extra money to buy something to use Yes it can help them to earn extra income o support themselves abroad, but earning satoshis from faucets? Mehn… if that’s the way you plan to make the extra income, man you’re f**king wasting your time. It’s better to do signature campaign cause faucets won’t earn you anything, you’re just running around the web. |

Btc is widely used anywhere, where internet exists. Since all ofws have gadgets for communication, then they can also use that to access btc. It can add income and aside from that, ofw can transfer their money to their loved ones through it.

Hi, It can also help because it is a way to avoid taxation... Maybe not so legal, but still a great way. Then, of course, with bitcoin you are not confronted to the issue of changing money and getting to be facing unfair exchange rates.. Last, I think that bitcoin is a community. So, it is not a bad starting point for meeting people and learning about the new country in which you settle!  |

Bitcoin is truly a breakthrough in payment methods in the 21st century. What you can do with Bitcoin over the past few years has changed the perception of how people make online payments. mine. What saddens me most is that many countries around the world refuse to recognize bitcoins and issue laws that prohibit it from developing, which is a pity for bitcoins and the people of that country. |

Yes this is true bitcoin is a good thing for many OFW who wants to make some additional income to send money to their love ones and the good thing is that when people learn about bitcoin as well as the online wallets money remittance will be very easy to do because they can send it right away to another wallet and no transaction fees needed. Just in case an OFW earning bitcoin they can use that to support their loveones by sending it to their wallets.
