JustHodlOn.com is a decentralized affiliate network that offers shoppers a limited utlity-based cryptocurrency as a reward for making a purchase, sharing on social media or writing a review.

The problem

Online shopping has changed the way people buy and sell products. Nowadays, brands have difficulty attracting online shoppers to their specific webshop. The internet is big and there are thousands of options for online shoppers. The online retail branche has developed a number of strategies to attract shoppers but none of them are rewarding to the actual shoppers and drive up the price per sale.

Current solution

Currently there are a number of strategies brands can implement to bring their product to the masses. For example, online publishers can promote products on their website getting rewarded for every sale they make. The brand pays these rewards to the publisher and also has to pay a fee for using the affiliate network. This adds costs to the salespipeline making products more expensive and doesn’t offer online shoppers an incentive to purchase from a specific webshop, it only offers publishers the incentive of listing one product over the other.

Our solution

JustHodlOn brings blockchain technology to affiliate marketing and loyalty programs. Shoppers will share the profits made off of the affiliation by getting rewarded in JustHodlOn tokens (JHC) for every purchase they make, review they write or post on social media. These tokens can be used for free shipping, exclusive products only available in JHC or can be sold to brands wanting their products to get listed and affiliate with JustHodlOn. They will need JHC tokens to be distributed for every sale made and the only way of getting JHC will be through exchanges.

We are starting off with a simple webshop consisting of 9 products offering JHC as a reward and 1 exclusive product only available for purchase in JHC. Online shoppers will be rewarded JHC for every purchase they make, review they write and share on social media. The earned JHC can be spend on free delivery on the next purchase or purchasing the exclusive HODLER x aeuoeu cap. Also, online shoppers have the ability to buy extra JHC directly on JustHodlOn.com speeding up the distribution of tokens. Brands wanting to participate will also have the option of buying JHC. The goal is to reach 1 million distributed tokens so we can list JHC on exchanges and fully decentralize the supply and demand of JHC.

During the first fase of distributing JHC, we will collaborate with brands to add more products like the exclusive JHC cap to our own brand HODLER. All HODLER products will be exclusivly purchasable with JHC to increase the utility of JHC.

How it works:

Earn JustHODLOn Coins by shopping in the HODLshop, reviewing products or sharing on social media. You can spend the coins on JHC exclusive products or hodl it. When a new brand wants to list their products in the HODLshop, they will need to buy JHC to pay for the listing and to reward each shopper fort heir purchase. Shoppers hodling JHC can sell their coins on an exchange to brands.

HODLER

The JHC earned by shoppers can be spend on free delivery for their next purchase or on the JHC exclusive HODLER brand. This is our own brand made exclusivly available for purchase in JHC. We started HODLER off with an exclusive collaboration with aeuoeu, designing a beatiful and durable purple suede cap. HODLER will give more utility to JHC and by offering products exclusivly available for purchase with JHC, JustHODLon.com will have the means to maintain and expand the network with more affiliated brands. We also hope to inspire others to start a JHC exclusive brand.

JustHODLon token

JustHODLon.com is an affiliate network wherein brands can offer an incentive to shoppers for buying their product making the shoppers  part of the succes of the network. The only way to do this in a durable and future-proof manner is to use blockchain technology. By using our own token, we are able to decentralize the profits of affiliation networks.

JHC is the utility token wich provides brands acces to the affiliation networking consisting of JustHODLon.com customers. The amount of online shoppers on JustHODLon and the amount of JHC brands need to reward shoppers will influence the price on exchanges.

Token supply:

There will be a total of 100.000.000 JHC tokens available for distribution. 75.000.000 JHC (75%) will be distributed through the rewardsystem on JustHODLon.com and made available for sale to brands wanting to use the network and shoppers who want to buy JHC exclusive brands like HODLER. 10.000.000 JHC (10%) are going to be used as payment for the team, advisors and future bounties. The remaining 15.000.000 (15%) will be kept as a reserve only to be used to develop partnerships and (un)forseen (legal) costs.

The token will be initially priced at 0.00126ETH / 1 JHC

Funds out of the 75% of tokens distributed and sold to online shoppers and brands will be used for:

45% Platform development
30% Business development
5% Marketing
10% Operations
10% Operational reserve

Funds out of the 10% of tokens kept as payment for the team, advisors and future bounties will be used for:

8% yearly as payment to employees.
1% yearly as reward to advisors
1% yearly bounty

Currently you can buy 9 different products for witch you get rewarded in JHC. We also are developing our own brand, HODLER, witch is only available in JHC. Currently there is only 1 HODLER product (the purple suede cap) but in the coming weeks we will expand with more products. Off course the products available in fiat will also be expanded.

Read the ' About us ' page on the website, it will clarify more about where we see this going.

edit: What are the products you would like to see listed? We are currently attracting mostly fashion brands but we certainly plan to expand in other categories.
