Surprised to see that this coin has doubled since my post about the license violation. I am curious to hear from someone who read my post and then continued to purchase afterword's. Currently the coin is based on stolen IP. Even if you are ok dealing in stolen goods do you really think there is a future in it? Do you feel that any of the roadmap is true? I am not a lawyer but couldn't technology based on stolen IP be confiscated at anytime?

Not too surprised that there hasn't been a response from the developer after my post.

I would also be curious if somebody traces down the 10 million USD worth that the original developer has. Does he still have it?

What are you talking about mate?
This coin "based on a stolen ip"?
Do you even know how cryptocurrency works?

Yes. Did you even read my previous post? Do you even know how licenses work? This is a straight up copy of another project. The license was changed at the top of a file to a different owner. The code wasn't even changed. It is similar to stealing a car off a Toyota lot, changing the logo to claim you designed it and selling it to somebody else. So do you even know what you are buying when you purchase this coin?

Like I said, I am not a lawyer, but this is a clear violation of license. And more importantly to me an indication about the future of the project. I am fairly confident that the will be no new innovation on the project. Professional software developers would take this seriously.

If you think that open source means you can do whatever you want you are wrong. Open source license violations lawsuits and litigation is a thing. Just do a little google searching. I didn't create the work myself, but if I did and somebody else used my work and claimed they created it, made ten million, gave it to somebody else who also made money, then their would be a lawsuit on everyone with any connection to the stolen work.

Somebody should trace the pre-mined coins and let me know what you find. I could do it but I'm not interest in investing more time. Just want to watch for entertainment.

It's not important if the code is copied, the license is free of open source, no law is violated, there are many currencies that are focusing on different markets, for all the sun rises, look Steve Jobs or Bill Gates, who also only copied, however, transformed the computer world.

Here the important thing is to follow the road map as has been done since the beginning, now is developing the mobile wallets for ios and android and promoting expansion campaigns in the market as planned, this means that the price is going up day by day, that's the really important thing

The wallet on Cryptopia seems stuck. I send some coins yesterday and they show as unconfirmed since then. Transaction went thourgh on the blockchain though. Anybody else with the same problem?

I've sent some today and it went through fine.  If it still hasn't arrived, double-check the deposit address matches where you sent it and contact Cryptopia support.

There is absolutely a license violation in this case. The license exists for a reason. I will put another link to the two files below. Do your own google search for MIT license and lawsuits on open source license violations. The rightful owner's of the copywriter will have a claim on anything related.

I agree with your comment about the road map and is part of my point. If the developer copied code, violated licenses, pretended the work was theirs then I don't believe any of the road map. Check the source. There has been no new code by the developers since the stolen work.  I can easily be proven wrong with a few steps. Come clean and admit all current work was copied and fix license issues. Check in any new code that is not stolen.

the important part is at the top of the file. Declaring the copywrite holder.

I am curious when the original 1 million coins are going to be dumped. I found the source account here: https://altminer.net/explorer/INN?height=1
(iCuCtdTgvouzJbR5j2YtxWjwn6o94cBQYX)

But the block explorer on the website is down: http://explorer.innovacoin.info/

Does somebody have another way for me to check?

Hey guys. The explorer is back up so I quickly traced the money. Looks like he has only dumped about 30 percent so far. Couple of million usd worth. Pretty good for a weekend of copying code and putting up a website. The money seems to get traded around to different accounts. Looks like maybe $100k USD worth sold every day but the bulk of what remains is here right now: http://explorer.innovacoin.info/address/iJhUJ6TUk6SWndBFaKWwT3xbPqJ7sY94Uh

I think maybe this is one of the dump accounts? Seems like money ends up here and then sold in smaller pieces? Maybe a wallet on Cryptopia? http://explorer.innovacoin.info/address/i6mZVGKmeoAfT9D3jvYYnbPLTTkgkeiAWc . If only there was this much activity with the source code Smiley. hundreds of transactions, zero source check ins.

I only spent a few minutes looking at it so let me know if I made an error.

Mining of Neoscrypt coins is very unpredictable and it seems like the main hash power is coming from the nicehash. The problem is that huge power from nicehash is coming not constantly but in the bursts, and this is a problem for a regular miner - you can mine for several hours with no blocks found and later all of the sudden 5-6 blocks in 1 burst and later nothing again for hours...
In my personal opinion it is more easy to mine something else and buy INN later from the exchange. I also have 6x1060 and so far the most easy and stable profit is to run nicehash soft on Win. It is paying in BTC that you can later use to buy INN.

Patron, what marketing campaigns are you talking about? Do you mean twitter? Do you have evidence that anybody is doing anything with this project? The only thing I see is stolen source plus liquidation of the pre-mined coins.

It is a genuine question. I am not trying to be snippy. I have ask a few different ways here and haven't heard an answer.

As far as twitter goes, free coins here and here,  it basically creates a temporary Ponzi scheme. As soon as the last sucker joins its going to crack. From looking at transactions with premined coins my thesis is that there likely market manipulation going on to hold the Ponzi up for a while until the premined can be liquidated.

I would like to know that people are not being scammed out of millions of dollars. Here is what I know at this point:

1. Source code was copied from other open source projects. The copywrite was changed illegally. I have discussed this is previous post. To me it means the project will always exist in a dark corner. It cannot be used by any entity that is not anonymous because they could be sued. In addition it shows that the developer is trying to claim he is doing work that he is not. They have not added any value that I can see. No new source code.

2. Many many many transactions with the premined coins. What are all these transactions?

3. The only marketing I see is a cheap copy cat website plus twitter.

4. About one hour or so was spent making screenshots. Which even making screen shots is suspicious. For a project like this making screenshots is a waste of time. You would just make the app. And you would post the code for others to look at. People would find issues, provide feed back, work on it themselves etc etc. All the benefits of a open source project.

All these issues can be corrected easily by just explaining and showing some work. Remember he had 1 million premined coins! It in his best interest to do some explaining unless it is a scam.

I don't understand what you are still doing here? You don't like the coin? Feel free to invest in another one you do like.. The price went up too much for you to get a masternode before you decided to pull the trigger? No big deal, plenty of coins with masternode implementation that you can still get in on. No reason to spread FUD and negativity in here. What do you want, an award for all your investigative research? Isn't it obvious no one cares? You want to become a copywrite troll do it somewhere else.
