Baikal Miner SCAM (evidence & proof)

i bought at baikal miner directly, and don't get my miner! i was in contact, they offered me also Antminer (which they have in stock). I was in real contact with the mailadress: baikal@baikalminer.com (see the pic). I was also in contact with skype: baikalminer. I think one of the employee or baikal himself scam me. After that baikal contact me, to check my evidences, but don't contact me again / don't help me since 2 weeks

he has perhaps right! he asked baikal for miners: they told him; they hasn baikal miner in stock, but they have ANTMINER D3 they don't use (from the off. Mailadress baikal@baikalminer.com)
and if he want to buy them!

so if you get mail from baikal@baikalminer.com - you thinks its correct!

guys, today I got email from baikal@baikalminer.com and they are selling the giant miner,
they gave me a bank account details to pay in $.

Is this legit?

Their invoice bank account starts with 152...

This is in the email (among other things):

"Bank info for payment please check from attached file. (Payment comments please write your name ). Quotation only valid for 2 days since we send this email.
 
When you made the payment, please must provide the payment voucher and the passport of the Remitter, If paid from company account, please provide the copy of its business license, for identifying your payment. All files will be deleted as soon as we send out your parcel."

Very hard to tell from the screenshot you've provided if that is the legit Skype account or one of the fakes...


Personally, I'd email baikal@baikalminer.com and give them a made up codeword like ”scammersSuck987” and ask them on Skype to confirm the codeword as per Baikal's suggestion on their "[urlhttps://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1804508.0]how to identify Baikal account" thread[/url]...

Emails addresses are easy to fake messages FROM, it is a lot harder to get access to messages sent TO an address.

So make sure YOU send the email... And ask them to confirm YOUR code on Skype.

Also, double check email headers of emails you receive to make sure they're not coming from email spoofing sites like the screenshots above
