McAfee is pretty famous back then, and as we all know, McAfee is one the Bitcoin Angels who smashes the likes of Dimon and other Big names whose smashing Bitcoin down. The ICO is based on China? or am i wrong, this is weird.

yeah it's based in China, McAfee is the face of the project. though it is good to see him on the scene.

If it is based in china, then how does he release his own coin? China banned ICO's and Crypto's long back so their is no chance to open in china.

I think the owner wants to make huge money as others are doing, but he needs to success and not spending money for promotion.

At first I thought someone is using John Mcafee's name, but on further inspection I found that it is indeed a project by Mcafee. John has even posted the link on his social media profiles for this site. Strange, that I didn't heard about it anywhere till this post. And I guess, John previously made a statement that, Bitcoin Will be Worth $500,000 in Three Years made him hugely popular in Crypto community. So I think his own coin would surely shake the crypto world, even if it does not have any real use. I guess, I have to keep an eye on this coin.

Didn't he speculate that bitcoin will reach $500k in few years?  Why would he create his own altcoin instead of investing in bitcoin if he truly believes it? nothing is stopping him so I guess there is that. Don't like McAfee software, may be he'll make it with McAfee altcoin. It'll be quite famous given his controversial presence.

It's called exponential growth. Which basically means that the rate of growth increases very quickly. Even at a constant (linear growth) of 4,5x (which is less than what Bitcoin did this year), we'd end up with 6000 -> 27000 -> 121,500 -> 546,750 by 2020.

Without changing the average holding size that would mean that around 300 Million to 1 Billion people would be invested in Bitcoin though, so that prediction is obviously to be taken with a mountain of salt.
