Welcome to the trading. As you are a newbie kindly understand the risks and gains too. Its nice you started with some good gains but do not expect this every time. Its a huge risk if you are not on the right side of the market trend. You should be knowing the future predictions of the market and analysis . Also technical charts if you can read and understand is better.

The best way to learn trading is by doing it. You made 0.001 BTC, congrats. But this amount isn't enough to consider as good return. The crypto market is volatile than any other asset market. Here you can make or lose 0.001 BTC within a fraction of seconds. So always invest for long period else you are just betting. It isn't more than gambling. Always pick coins with some large adoption or you will see your investment fading within few months. If you make right coin selection, you don't need to look after charts, etc. You just need some patience and coins will do the rest.

He needs to continue with playing around as you say, in other words he needs to practice and practice, to not be afraid to try new things and to lose money, that should be considered as paying for school. Most of us here trade, and even now I don't make profit each time, and in beginning it was more losing then making profit.
I always advice following some experienced trader, or now many trading groups have good signals, follow them and do what they do, in same time you are practicing and with a bit of luck you are making profit.
This days bitcoin is just for holding, dip was long time ago. Now wait for peak and sell in that time.

You probably had a beginners luck! Congratulations! Keep practicing at small amount to trade to be familiarize with the flow of a coin. You must know that theres a risk. You are actually doing trading already since you are making 0.001 btc which no matter how small amount it is as long you do already make money on just trading then its considered you are already a trader.The thing here is that you do like to maximize your potential income by doing it which isnt really easy at all but yet you can just stick on how you do make trades as long you do profit then it should be fine.

To become a professional trader you most spend money and time to understand how cryptocurrencies work and the money I am saying is not to buy trading tools and signal materials but investing some money into and exchange with a view of making some study on how trade work and if you make loses you learn from your loses and if you make profits you also learn.

Well learning from the "book" is the first thing you should do. Technical analysis and patterns are just part of trading.
How to pull out the profit and destroy a coin is what you should know. I'm not saying to do that, but there are things behind that are focused one just one thing and that is profit.
Players with money and no emotions will destroy your investment if you are don't know what you are doing.
The game is set that way because of profit. The rest(10%) is based on something you learn from the "book" (1%) and on pure luck (9%).

well, this is a good thing,, when you just set a small amount in every trade you are doing you will not get high risk,. but you play safe., I think enough to play your funds in btc to usd it is safe enough for the game low is done,, 0.001 is the minimum jumlam that you will be able in every day..

0,001BTC profit as a beginner is a good result. Better than my first step in trading, as I managed to waste 0,46BTC in just several hours. Luckily this was in the early spring of 2013 and this amount was the equivalent of 15 euros back then. Agreed with the folks who say that control of emotion is the number one priority in regards to trading; emotion is your biggest enemy in this game. Move cautiously and calculated in the cryptomarket and you might want to follow a planned strategy.

If you want to trade a cryptocurrency, I recommend that you start out with Bitcoin or one of the major altcoins. For short term trading, the key is to wait for a price drop to make a buy. Then wait for a good profit before the sell and definitely don’t sell for a loss.

If you want to learn about cryptocurrencies, first check out the message boards and then go to the coun’s website and learn about the development team and functions of the coin. Also look for coins that have good trading volume on exchanges.

I am also trying to be a good trader specifically to say day trader.
You can try out some forex trading books.
Forex and cryptocurrency trading basics are pretty much same.
Beside that you can watch some technical analysis video at youtube.
It will definitely help you to be a better trader.

You can test yourself out by giving yourself a hypothetical amount of money and then "investing" that in multiple coins. Treat it as if you actually put your money into it. Keep track of all the coins that you "invested" into and see if you come out positive or negative at the end of the testing period. If you come out negative, try to see what went wrong and how to make sure that doesn't happen again. If you come out positive, try going through the cycle one more time, and if you come out positive again, then put some money in.

thanks for some information about the crypto currency and i like it this is easy to navigate and update ur holding altcoin. Now im reading technical analysis to other people thanks a lot to tradingview there are some update chart i dont know if its true cause in tradingview maybe hype.

It’s great to make such decisions, as you need to be very serious about your career. It is possible to make a career in trading, but only if we are determined and dedicated for it. To become a trader is not walk in the park, it comes with plenty of struggle and difficulty and only then you reach to respective levels.

Like some already said, it is too easy to lose that much before you even blink, so you got to have your plans set in such way that few losses shouldn’t kill your career, but only give you motive to come harder. Learning is certainly the way to it but it’s again not an overnight thing, it take months, and even years!

Technical analysis is basically voodoo pseudoscience, looking at past movements and trying
to predict future movements based on that.  And it doesn't work, though people will swear
on their momma's grave that it does.  What does work is following an established trend, like
what bitcoin is going through right now.  The market is extremely bullish and you could
probably still make bank on it just by holding.  Many altcoins are pumped and dumped, and
it's very hard to time the market on those.  My guess is that most traders lose money by
doing that.
