What is the best tool you know to track the present value of your coins? So that I can track to value of coins in different exchanges in one app. Do you know any good ones? Thanks!

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

Well, I don't know if something like blockfolio is what you are asking of or for. Blockfolio is an app you can download & add your variant coins on and as the coins appreciates or depreciates as the case maybe be, you see the value from your downloaded app of blockfolio. 

Also, you also see the aggregate of the value of your coins put together from same blockfolio. Just download it by typing blockfolio on your phone.

it's good in blockade or you try at marketcap / https://coinmarketcap.com here you will know some exchanges where coins can be in exchange
