Getting porn sites to accept bitcoin

Ok guys. It's time to inform porn industry that we want to pay in Bitcoins. You have any ideas on how to do it? Bitcoin is perfect payment method for p0rn - anonymous and very fast. And they don't care about fluctiation because they profit anyway.
If some major sites will start accepting bitcoins, there will be huge demand for Bitcoins    What do you think?

I don't want to burst your bubble, but I'm pretty sure sites are required to verify age.  Maybe they could still do this with a $0 charge on a card.  It really shouldn't matter as anyone with access to google can see anything they want anyways.  Plus I could just see all those goons in the congress getting upset.  After all bitcoins is a currency for druggies and perverts.  It would only be righteous to protect the children from this vile construct and get a few votes on the side.

When bitcoin was in the news there were lots of threads on it.  I think the lack of subscription and lack of currency conversion at the time of sale were some of the issues.  They will catch on though, its just a new idea.  Porn is always at the cutting edge of technology.  I really like the BitCams idea and think it can do very well.

I agree with you, but there are rules in place that businesses need to follow that bitcoin may not be compatible with (anonymity) .  I think anything that helps utilize the currency is good for all interested parties.  But that doesn't mean these sites are going to risk a run in with the government for a few extra subscribers.

Bitcoin is known in that neck of the woods, I know firsthand because I personally heard about bitcoin in there webmaster resources back in April and we keep discussions going , few of us that either opportunistic or can appreciate this brilliant concept.

Very few people in adult industry dig bitcoin concept atm, we're either trading or mining, or both.  I don't run any adult sites personally so my adaptation is not relative from this perspective.

Majority either don't understand the concept (claiming it's ponzi, pyramid, get rich schemes, etc) or saying that bitcoin will be shutdown or brought to its knees by authorities faster than they could integrate it into their billing solutions and probably some are not to eager to get on the train due to high volatility of exchange rates. Some think it will fail.

I think and agree with OP that first well known porn site that adopts bitcoins will also get very nice viral PR going for them, I'm sure everyone will be mentioning that site everywhere.

For adult industry to start adopting bitcoins there needs to be fully legit US based exchange, once that happens, people will be taking more closer and serious look in to it in my opinion. As of right now its too shaky with many legit uncertainties for adult industry to consider it. But people keeping an eye on it in adult realm.

If you are a porn producer then you are required to keep the correct records of your models. But your customers simply have to agree to the terms of using the website (which would include being 18 or over). That's all you need as far as I know.

Yes. Model IDs is non-issue, its been sorted and regulated; otherwise porn wouldn't have its legitimacy.  User age verification has been uncertain and debated and tried to be regulated which has failed so far. With so much free stuff out there  it seems to be non issue, if you want to be on a safe side you put disclaimer on your front page saying that this site is for adults only. Adult site owners feel that it's parents job to keep their kids from questionable content. I personally feel that there is too much free porn - and that's what needs to be regulated, meaning no hardcore or even sensitive parts should be out there for all to see for free, but that's another topic for discussion altogether.

There is even a guy in the forum that owns a porn site focused on BTC, i think he goes by the site's name "BTCPorn" or somthing along that line.
