Hey, First I want to say.... I love a team with a doctor or two on board. Secondly, why are you building this on Ethereum blockchain? I love ETH and all but a project that is this ambitious and with a team as qualified as yours, why not issue a brand new coin with your own blockchain? You could incentivize masternodes by giving them unlimited VR time or their own space to conduct VR business. You would have a full network of nodes up and running within a week. Food for thought.

Those doctors are indeed a great addition. VR and/or AR are gonna do great things for healthcare

Since this project has a VR/AR technology concept via blockchain, I think it has a bright future because that is where  we are heading to. Good luck! Smiley
Yep, everything seems to be directly connected to the VR and AR platforms and there is still plenty of room for VR related projects

Exactly, just look at VIBE(hub), there's a big market for vr/ar.  Plenty room to grow!

Yeah, Vibe did really well. They came out two guns blazing with an alpha platform that was very nice. I'm curious how much of this project is still in the concept phase and how much has been developed already? I think this has huge potential though. I love the idea of the virtual Real Estate. I can't wait to read the virtual real estate laws on property lines and ownership. This brave new world is great and not Orwellian at all.

Markspace also has a demo platform up and running. You can experience it here: https://demo.mark.space/?11l1

I'm a fan of VR, so I want to get excited about this project, but how do you plan on running the ecosystem using blockchain technology? Which portion of the VR ecosystem will run there? Just the hosting? Could you explain more..

Also that demo is just interactive 3D photos/renderings. How is that virtual reality?

well it is a demo. the full version should have 3d space rendering for it to be qualified as true VR.

There is a whole list of partners mentioned on their website https://mark.space/#Partners
What I don't understand is, what kind of partnership is it? For example Jaguar, why is Jaguar a partner?

They have already reserved space on their platform. I understand Jaguar will have some kind of virtual showroom. Btw, you can check out the demo on their website where you can visit the different spaces.

Yes I already checked the demo and saw for example a FIFA room.. So does that mean that Jaguar and FIFA invested money so that they have their own room in the virtual reality? And Mark.space can use their logo on their website?

I will check the demo tonight. But fifa and jaguar room? It is just for showing possibilities or there is some agreement or partnership kind of a deal?

I am thinking the same thing. I mean, positioning yourself in such a way that you will become a major player in an emerging field after 2-3 years is a visionary work. And I think they are doing it here. Will read the whitepaper and I will see if this is really a great project to enter in.

Independent rating platform rated this project 4.1 / 5.0

https://icobench.com/ico/mark-space

There are very different estimates of experts. All put basically 3, only one put three 5, because also from Russia. Very subjective rating. You need to analyze the project yourself. The idea is very similar to the Decentralend from Movement DAO. But of course here technically done 100 times better. And so, the theme of virtual reality is very popular now. Therefore, such projects are successful.

One of the possible obstacle i see at the moment is the high price of VR devices, but can be that in the next years even the good one will become more affordable, in the price range of 250-500$

So is this a social network of all VR/AR content? How do users make VR/AR content without the right hardware? Is it included on the platform?

That is a very high rating and good news for Mark.space, but like you said I wonder if it really is independent. Is there any reliable source out there who does independent ratings of ICO?

I really like the demo.
Is there a partnership already available with the leading VR tech companies? Like oculus and microsoft?

yes and not only the demo video, also the platform has a fully decentralized architecture. Will have a eye on this Wink
This is really an interesting project, its extraordinary approach to the solution of the goal is delighted. I'm interested in the future, thanks to your platform, we will interact with partners in a virtual office?

Let's hope to that. Because if the price of VR goes down, mass adoption of VR will be imminent. And MarkSpace will now have the first mover advantage because it is one of the projects that saw the potential of such technology.

prices are already down. you can get a occulus for about 300$ here in germany and or a htc vive even for less than 500$. i dont want to talk about playstation vr, it was available during black friday for even 300$ with all equipment you need.

Hello,
Quick question here.
Quote
MARK.SPACE is an online virtual reality ecosystem, powered by blockchain, allowing users to involve in social and economic interactions, create new content, exchange goods and services with each other.

The platform combines social network, ecommerce, virtual reality and blockchain.
Will you make it all by your own or make some partnership for it?

There is a whole list of partners mentioned on their website https://mark.space/#Partners
What I don't understand is, what kind of partnership is it? For example Jaguar, why is Jaguar a partner?

Why Jaguar Landrover is a partner?
Well, that is easy - because they do need VR representation
They will have showroom in our platform as part of their marketing and then as part of their customer service as well.

I think in VR content is what matters, hardware any one can provide..

So i can go inside any shop, explore the products an pay directly what i want to buy?

Exactly!
Yet that is just a Shopping District, and possibilities are endless in MARK.SPACE universe!
For instance, in Communities District you will be able to go to galleries opennings together with your friends who might be thousand miles apart from you

4 * 36 * 36 * 36 = 186624 unit. Each of them is 8 x 8 = 64 m2. Is it correct?
To get free Residential, how many tokens do I need to buy?
Why will bounty rewards be frozen for as long as 1.5 months?

1) 4 * 36 * 36 * 36 = 186624 unit. Each of them is 8 x 8 = 64 m2. Is it correct?
Yes
2) To get free Residential, how many tokens do I need to buy?
If you register now (during presale period) you will get one Residential unit for free!
3) Why will bounty rewards be frozen for as long as 1.5 months?
That is easy - to avoid token price drop right after the listing at the exchanges. We already have a few preliminary agreements with exchanges and we are trying to avoid price dropping (in my personal opinion this period should be even longer - then baunty hunters will get the value of MRK and not sell right after freezen period. Disclaimer: that is my personal opinion)
