Well is this the Russian team is developing a project?
Well, actually, yes, but what does it cause any problems?
Not particularly, but just a little distrust of Russian teams  Undecided
They have been developing this project since 2015, I think they are interested in making their product successful!
In principle, you're right, yes!
Does their company have a legal address?

I have not seen any information about this.
You can try to read this information in the Whitepaper or try asking the developers
