for indonesian, I use indodax and Luno to sell my coins to IDR and then I withdraw it to my bank account. in indodax you also can transfer your money to foreign bank. but for USD, you can use localbitcoins.
Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

There are certain websites where you can trade Bitcoin with people or trade it to another digital format. You can also use coinbase to cash out to USD.

Yes Bitcoin is being too much used on almost all the exchanges. Now when I was new to Bitcoin and have no bank account I use to transfer all my coins to my local trader which I have found from local Bitcoin site and since then I used him for trades. So now I have got a bank account and so he sends my Bitcoin directly to my bank account. When you send your fiat to your bank account, try a smaller amount first, some banks in the EU are starting to stop transfers coming from Crypto exchanges, and sending back it to the exchange. You can search for the name of your bank in the forum to check if there were any problems when others were wiring back funds from exchanges.

i use localbitcoins & coinsph to cashout, or just ask my friend to cash it out for me.
easy and no hassle at all.

i hope we will soon ditch fiat, so we can use bitcoin to its full potential.

I am using a lot of websites in order to exchange bitcoins for fiat.. It is easy, i just sell it to a buyer and it is done.

It is full of local buyers here in my city, they all are desperated to buy some coins.

Looks like there is still some lacking when it comes to cashing out and localbitcoin and still the mostly answered here.
Maybe a business like that is hard to make profit with thinking you are leaning on how much the bitcoin market would be.

I am also using this when I really need the fiat but it would be better to minimize the number of the sold bitcoin as always.
Someday it will grow like nobody expects it and will be more valuable than the fiat we are using now.
