Anyone know whats going on?

Novaexchange is briefly closing down, then reopening under new ownership. The owners have stopped new registrations because they are selling it to someone else.

Yes, as preposter already stated. Novaexchange closed.
There are many exchangers, which disabled new registrations, even big ones like Bittrex and Binance. They can't handle the big storm of new customers anymore. Cryptopia may be open for new registrations.

Because of the large influx of new users, they decided to suspend the registration of the participants, I think it's a temporary problem

it's just a matter of suspension, too many new users want to sign in, it can also happen because too many people want to make transactions
so just waiting !!!

This only happens when the site is experiencing technical problems on thier site and it should be fix ,thats why some exchanges disabled the registration to focus on the site problem.
