Wallet won't back up

Operating System: Win7
System Hardware Specs: 64 bit, max RAM, SSD drive
Description of Problem: "make digital backup" pops up a warning, but never makes a digital backup
Any Related Addresses: Nope
Any Related Transaction IDs: Not putting bitcoin into this wallet until I'm sure it works properly!

Make Digital backup ->
"Be Careful!  Warning: you are about to make an unencrypted backup of your wallet..." and OK and Cancel buttons.

Click "OK" - nothing happens.
