Hi, recently I exchanged some dollars for BTC on payeer.com. However, for the past 8 days I have been trying to transfer my BTCs to an exchange to able to receive BTGold, and every time they keep my transfer on pending status for 24 hours and then cancel the transaction. Their technical support keeps claiming that this is a some sort of technical problem with their gateway. They have gone even further this morning claiming that:

"This option is temporarily unavailable due to some technical reasons and will be back soon. Please check for it in a few days"

Any advice?

why you do not exchange back btc for USD and then you withdraw your USD and exchange elsewhere USD for BTC, you did not even have to waste your time, now if you can not change btc to usd, this is a real problem and you will not have a choice, you will have wait for them to fix this problem

DON'T USE PAYER, they seem to have taken my money too. I created a virtual card and put money on it, and as soon as I tried to opay with it now they said paying with virtual cards or paying back (withdrew) has been disabled by the bank ! Now my money is gone and I have no way to recover it !

its fucking scam

stayaway

 Shocked Shocked

I have an account that already has years and I used this some messes ago, every day I transferred my money from the payeer to the advcash without problems. I start having problems with them when I want to verify my payeer account, they have rejected my documents more than 10 times, insistently they tell me that the documents are not very visible, so I deliver them with good image quality and this time they say that my proof of residency has problems and I did not understand what kind of problems they are talking about and I stopped using their website. I wanted to resume the process of verify my account to see if this time I would be lucky and now I see more people saying they are scam, I give up and I will no longer use their service.
