We are preparing blockchain based marketplace for transportation services, which has a goal to couple private transportation providers and end users.

The project is called Brixby

We are building a platform where people could rent a vehicle, park it, charge electric car (EV) and pay for those transportation services at one place.
Small businesses will list their assets (a vehicle, a parking space, a bus service, a charger, etc.) on BRIXBY and start earning money from their peers.
why blockchain: confirmed financial transactions, transparency, no need for extra reconciliation.

And speaking about EV-charging in Europe , and Germany particullary we have this encouraging stats from platts.com

The number of charging points for electric vehicles in Germany has reached 10,700 almost doubling on the year, underlining the up-front efforts by utilities for the mass roll-out of electric vehicles, German utility group BDEW said Monday.

77,000 charging points needed for 1 million EVs
Survey boosted by including parking house operators
Utility lobby says 'car industry needs to deliver now'

According to the semi-annual survey, which now also includes operators of parking spaces, over 3,300 new charging points were added so far this year.

Of the total only 530 are so-called fast-charging points (above 22 kW), it said.

"These figures impressively demonstrate that the energy industry is pushing ahead at a rapid pace on this front with a massive up-front effort," BDEW chief Stefan Kapferer said, adding that given the slow adoption rate of electric vehicles it is now up to the automotive industry to bring attractive models onto the market.

So the lack is more than 60k charging spots!

Sorry for late response,  lots of messages to Brixby past few days.   We plan to start Pre-Ico prosess in December 2017 and hopefully it will last for 2 months including winter holidays period with assumably low activity.
