Poloniex - "Complete : Error" withdraw issue, no Support since Days

I have recieved the "Complete: Error" message while trying to send SIA coins from poloniex to bittrex account.
Have Already submit a ticket, but nothing happend.

I have read dozens of comments, that some people waiting many Days for Support Response.
That makes me really sad because all my money got stuck, it is frozen, and i can do nothing.

When the Problem occured the BTC price was 20.000 $, now its fallen to 16.000 $
I can do nothing only to see my hard earned money is frozen in Poloniex withdrawal process.

I hope and pray to god, that someone from Poloniex read this who can help me.

I had the same problem and am waiting for a response from the poloniex support team, but so far nothing to respond ...

I heard that this error occurs when the exchange you sent the coins has the highest price, they automatically block the loot and only release when the price balances, but what saddens me, is that since when I had this problem, the price has come to be balanced, but nothing to release my loot.

What comforts me, is that I have heard that I will not lose the coins ...
