Perhaps one thing you could clear up for me, id asked in the support channel but noone was home it seemed...:

How do I use the custom_diff cmd? Ive tried adding it after the wallet address but it just gives socket errors.

You can set a custom fixed diff by separating it with a "." in your login address on your mining software. That is: WALLET_ADDRESS.custom_diff

Actually no!

I had read that section of the help, however i get socket errors. Im using win10 64, and aeon-stak-cpu-1.5.0-win64 (and also aeon-stak-amd-1.4.0-win64) which may be the problem as neither are in your list of softwares. Adding the cmd in your "getting started" does not work with this miner i think.
