POS in ERC20 token is now possible. They called it Proof of Stack. See other projects like iPoS token, POSToken or Meristem. They have the guide how to execute mine() function in ERC20 token.

Even if you can mine it through POS, how can they explain the POW mining on a ERC20 token? To many red flags to consider it as an investment.
The only thing and mean the ONLY is that they made an effort in the website back office and backend and that is not cheap to make a website like Bitconnect but anyone knowing that they can raise at least 4 million USD in the ICO can spend some thousand dollars in the website building.

Where is the website to look at the landing page and same time to find out about the team behind the project. It gives impression of something else after its ticker anyways that isn't important. Do you acre to share the social media profiles links of the people involved in this project or team isn't finalized yet ?

are you ready?

That is not to undermine, that is to give tokens to those who already have tokens. Mining is what miners do to secure the network. ERC20 tokens do not have to secure the network because the network is Ethereum!

This is a great ponzi scheme in which many will participate. It can happen two things:

1) They collect all our money and close the web the next day  Shocked Angry Grin
2) to develop this shit and win something.  Cheesy

The web is beautiful ha ha ha and all the workmanship behind it is great. I just hope they do it right and do not steal my money HA HA HA Wink

Ok, even if this is a scam, I will give my faith on it. I already missed bitconnect when it is only 3 usd. I won't make another mistake again. The moment I invest in something. I already accepted the fact that it is a scam, or I won't get anything in return. But if it thus, I will laugh at you all as loud as I can.

Yep, it was us haters who created that fake Ethconnect Team page within hours of the Ethconnect website going live for the first time, with proof of timeline on the first page of this thread. We are so evil! In fact, the ruse was so clever that user Ethconnect.net has yet to declare it's a ruse on this forum or anywhere else on the Net. We Is So Geniuses!

Gleb Gamow, you have way to much time on your hands. Highly suggest you take a break from this thread with the continuous posts stating it's a scam. We get the point, go chill and have some fun dude..it's the weekend.

Okay, I will. I'll join my new non-retard friends and watch cows eat grass: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtO2DDFlnrI On second thought, they may be prime candidates to also embrace EthConnect.

Tomorrow, I'm going to the zoo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sr-6vaeb4vA

LMAO!

You liked that, eh? I can believe that so-called normal people would line up so to watch cows eat grass. If they're willing to do that, then they're fully capable of partaking in the EthConnect snake oil scam.

"Cousin Andy, I'm tellin' you that with EthConnect you can't loose. Everybody at the Cows Eating Grass Fest are getting in on it. All I need is a hundred dollars and I'll be rich. And if you were smart, you, too, would get in on the action."

"Barney, are all those ladyboys from Pattaya for everybody who invested into EthConnect like us? If so, Shazam! I'm takin' two - one for now; one for later."

i notice that the font does not correspond with the white paper. I think it is fake. I am a little nervous but not because of the allegations, just simply because they could run off with our money if they wanted to and it has nothing to do with the so-called co-founder being faked or not it's just the reality of it. But yeah the font doesn't match, it comes close but it's not exact. even the bold lettering doesn't even match in color, the image of the directors provided is black, on the official white paper its more like a dark grey... This is fud.

So, is it you contention that user Dasengineer faked the PDF shortly after the site/page came live according to the timeline on the first page of this thread? This is the post I'm referring to: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2301946.msg23360291#msg23360291
