Bitcoin is not prohibited, except for some individual countries. Logically, it is legal, especially now it is beginning to be introduced into large companies.

In some countries, bitcoin is legal, and in some countries it is still illegal. I think it depends on government policy in a country. Because in my country the existence of bitcoin is still illegal, the government forbids its citizens to use bitcoin as a legitimate payment. Perhaps there are still many considerations from the government to legalize bitcoin in his country. I personally hope the government in my country as soon as possible to legalize bitcoin, because i think the existence of bitcoin can prosper many people.

It depends on your country if they legalize the bitcoin. Here in my country, we can exchange our bitcoin with no paying tax because it's not known here. Many people asking how did I get it or where did it come from. There is no regulation here about bitcoin and governments are not strict about using bitcoin.

Bitcoin is still not legalized by our country but we can use it freely, we can trade it with our local currency. The only thing I dont like is the high fees for converting it. But all in all Im so thankful that it is accepted in our country.

That has nothing to do with the government in your country. It's up to the services to choose a fee that allows them to [1] make profit, and [2] not be high enough to bother their users too much. I have even seen people talk about Bitcoin's network fees as being the fault of the government. No matter how much people dislike governments and their behavior, Bitcoin's higher network fees are not their fault, lol.

The legality of bitcoin depends on who you are, and what you’re doing with it.
There are three main categories of bitcoin stakeholder. Someone may fall under more than one of these categories, and each category has its own legal considerations.
Bitcoin would naturally be in a legal basis. The problem lies with the person who would utilize bitcoins. So if bitcoins was use in dubious deals then that is the time it can be use in illegal means. Also, every country had their own standpoint on how they view bitcoins.

Bitcoin is not legally valid because it helps the poor in the unemployed to give him a look even at home. they can earn a great deal with bitcoin. so it will not be illegal because it helps people.

I think bitcoin is legal here in our country since all of my friends here use bitcoin years ago and they earn a lot without any issue. I think legality depends in your country and how a person look at the bitcoin.

there is still only few country that makes bitcoin legal and the rest of the country is not give their statement about bitcoin and it makes bitcoin is in the grey side. people can use bitcoin but for their own risk and they need to take their responsibility if they decide to use bitcoin and not being disappointed if somehow, bitcoin is make them lose their money. but if there is more country that makes bitcoin legal, then i think people will be attracted to bitcoin world and they will use bitcon and finally bitcoin itself will become globally.

bitcoin is either legal or illegal, just like real money you can use it legally like buying clothes, food, kitchen supplies, appliances etc. but also you can use it illegally like buying drugs, the same concept applies to bitcoin because it is the user who will define its legality or illegality.

Yes its legal because many countries use it too. But depending on what you are doing with it and what is your location . Maybe it is illegal if you have given some of your personal information Because legal bitcoin does'nt need to ask your personal informations.

Some countries don't allow bitcoin to be legal and they banned it but others also make it legal and they adopt it. But for me bitcoin legal, they just consider it as illegal because it has no connection with governments and banks. They think that it is just scam. They are afraid that it might affect their power and authority. They don't and support it.

Yes , if your country allows you for it the ehy not . Bitcoi's legality changes from place to place and that is why it cannot be said where it can be legal and where it cannot be legal . Moreover , it also highly depends on how you use it , if you have like less than 8 bitcoin , then no one would raise eyebrows but f you have more then that then allegations can be made against you in context to money laundring or darweb.

The legal status of bitcoin varies substantially from country to country and is still undefined or changing in many of them. Some countries have explicitly allowed its uses and trade, others have banned or restricted it. Likewise, various government agencies, departments, and courts have classified bitcoins differently. But as per current news and articles most of the country taking interest in bitcoin. The European Central Bank classifies bitcoin as a convertible decentralized virtual currency. Hope for the best happen with cryptocurrency .
