We just neeed something to make it more, professional. I will also need the photoshop files for editing.

Anything that makes it more, amusing and trustworthy. Same colors, just different style.

You want it to say safebitcoin.org, too, right? Not stopntrade or whatever is at the bottom currently?

I really like both, nhodges. Can you make it so the positive/negative reputation is synced with my website?

In the image? Sure, but that would take some development time. (Also you need PHP/GD on your webhost.) If you're interested in having software development done for your website, though, I am certainly capable. I do charge a real software development rate, though, since that's my day job.

Are you able to sync this with my website, and also do the other MyBitCoin SCI setup? How much total?

Well, do you already have a "members area" on your website where people submit reviews? If not, you'll need to install something I can modify to program in the functionality you desire, or that would have to be coded from scratch, too.

MyBitcoin SCI is pretty easy to set up, if you just want to have an e-commerce website, I would recommend installing OpenCart and the MyBitcoin extension:

Just took a look at your site some more, there's no place for claims/reviews yet, are you going to be coding that in? Or is that something you would like me to develop for you?

I'll let it go for 1 btc + whatever changes you want me to throw on it of course.

I just see:

Code:
Name: Jake | USER ID: 2

and

Code:
The user logged in on Thursday the 23, 2011
The user logged in on Sunday the 26, 2011

But if there's data in there and you already have review logic in your application, and all I have to do is the dynamic image, uhm, how about 1 BTC for the graphic, and 5 BTC to make it dynamic?
