yes you can participate twitter campaign, facebook campagn, blog bounty ana more although youre account newbie, except signature campaign
but youre account this now is Jr member, so you can join and participate all bounty campaign

Yes ofcourse Newbies are welcome to participate in any campaign regardless that your wearing signature campaign. as long as you can work for all the social media campaign. though it's very hassle but campaign manager will pay you after your hardwork

Yes you can ,twitter campaigns has no restictions unlike in  signature campaigns.
Even newbie can join in social media bounties, as long they meet the requirements like ,they must have atleast 300 followers to join.

Bounty campaigns almost have no restrictions on newbie rank, it actually depends on the followers you have,  however for some bounties, you must be atleast junior member .
As i can see you are eligible to participate any social media bounty as well as the signature campaigns that have allowance on minimum rank.
Presently there are many active bounties, you can find and join multiple bounties at once.

yes you can, but you need read carefully about requirement before fill the form. most newbie just fill the form without read the rules. for bounty you can join with minimum 250 follower, and twitter account minimum 3 months older to avoid cheater.

of course, because most twitter bounty campaign can be followed by newbie, and also the most important is number of your follower, certainly as a newbie you should read more carefully the rules made by bounty manager before you register
