If they want to let people test the site why they only do it for a while? If they do not have enough income to cover that better not to add it rather than have it now and running for a while then disable it. This will give them such of bad image here, I can say it is better to give out some promotion instead of putting something that does not realiable for players

No, they accept BTC as well other popular altcoins (ETH,LTC,DASH). they might add more in future, maybe privacy focused altcoins like monero or zcash or both.

But as far as I can tell they are still in beta so not all coins are accepted yet.

Nobody tests for ever........  We are accepting bets in other currencies.

On Monday we will adjust the bet size limits and everyone will be able to bet in all offered currencies.  I hope that's the answer you were after.

The platform will still launch on Monday!

All MBT token holders will have the USD equivalent deposited in Ethereum into their player accounts.  MBT was to be issued with a value of USD$0.10 each the conversion calculation will be based on the Ethereum price at UTC 03:00 Monday 27 November.  Account holders will be free to withdraw or play with the Ethereum balance as they see fit.  Any player holding multiple accounts will be credited with the balance of the first account opened.  Any player that have just opened an account and camped on the MBT’s will be required to turn over the balance at least once prior to UTC 03:00 Monday 27 November in order for the balance to be considered for conversion to Ethereum.

I find your margin too high.

For example, Team Liquid vs. Team Secret  1.46 - 2.56 is with 7% margin. For eSports, most bookies are @ 3-5% margin.

Eve your featured event, Southampton FC vs AFC Bournemouth, 2.46 - 3.20 - 3.10 is with 4%. For EPL most bookies are @ 1.5-3% margin.
