Devs dont said anything about it yet. I think that result will be revealed after pre-sale/before main sale

According to devs this project doesn't have hard cap. It has only goals. The first goal (3000 ETH) would be enough for development of workable platform.

Hardcap or Softcap, whatever one need to continue the program, most of the ICO's are fooling that they reached hardcap or just a far of few thousands dollars, but its all fake news. Sintez might have different algorithms to develop the company, so no need to worry however the developer told the bar will be on the site soon.
