Python is very powerful and convenient tool for Machine Learning algorithms researches indeed. But after ML algorithm is chosen it should be realized on C++, which is much less convenient to develop but much faster. Almost all projects do not declare any programming languages they will use. But it doesn't mean that they won't use any) So I believe that Sintez will use ML in some modules for example at Smart Investing module.
