I've started to think about this lately since I've always been interested in geography.
It is clear to me that man can adapt practically to all climates, but I'm interested in what climate is most appropriate for the human body?
Logically, this would be somehow a Mediterranean climate, with warm summers and mild winters, but I'm really interested if there is some "scientific" data.

You can speculate in such a way that we all come from Africa, but the features of Europeans have already changed, that is, adapted to a different climate. Asians, too. So, probably, there is no universal place. But I also like the Mediterranean.  Cheesy

The climatic and ozone layer problems of today is affecting a whole lot. The balanced climate we had 100 years ago cannot be compared with that of now.
