Can I split a bitcoin payment between 2 different costumers?

Actually I´m making a website where i give people some compensation plan (per sales), and I´d like to know if there are a way or some website who allow splite payments in 2 (% for company and % for marketer) after sell a product.

There are pay-to-many transactions yes. What client software are you using?

By the moment we didn´t install any software. Do you suggest us any payment gateway whom allow bitcoin payments?

There is no need to pay every comission after the purchase. You could implement a system to log every purchase and where the buyer came from (referall system); The marketer would have an account and you would credit him a % of every sale that came from him. Then, you could pay him every week or allow him to request withdrawals whenever he wants.

This is pretty trivial stuff. The answer is yes, it is possible. But my worries are that you won't be able to implement it with such limited knowledge about Bitcoin. If you hire someone who knows about Bitcoin, then you will be fine, as it is possible and quite trivial.

I don't understand why you would need a payment processor. You need no one when you use Bitcoin and it kind of defeats the purpose of Bitcoin if you do.

I need do it for divide 2 payments. I mean , example:

Product price is: 100 usd

Company makes: 75 usd
marketer makes: 25 usd

So I´d like to split the payment in 2 parts, and pay directly to each other (75 for company and 25 for marketer).

We all understand you. This is incredibly trivial. Bitcoin can do all kind of advanced and fancy stuff you will never be able to do with fiat or bank transfers. You can send bitcoins to 2-of-3 people, which means that if 2 of them agree out of 3 they can use those coins. You can do things you never thought of possible. This is most basic use of Bitcoin. In practice, Bitcoin is almost always sent to two people as when you send bitcoins to someone you usually don't send all your bitcoins and the change will be sent back to you. There is much about Bitcoin that can not be explained in couple of posts, it is not just new money, it is new form of money, a financial revolution, so what you are asking is not just possible, but obvious.

I can't, as I have no idea about your website nor do I have the time to learn and get involved in it. Bitcoin isn't a product, it is technology, it would be like me teaching you how to use the Internet. You will have to hire someone for this and tell him what exactly you want and what are your motivations for that website.
There are many things you can do with Bitcoin in many ways. just like Internet. Telling me that you need to use the Internet would not be enough information, as I have no idea what you heard about it and why you want to use it. Bitcoin is money, that is all I can tell you in such a short post. You can use it for many things and sending money to two people is obvious characteristic of money.

You might want to use Bitcoin Core and it's RPC commands for this, or maybe not, I have no idea what you want and I have no time to go into your situation in a such a broad sense. Just hire someone who knows how to program websites and implement Bitcoin payments in the code.
