Of course there is. The people themselves can do this. Developers do not find a common language with the miners, the users hold the coins and don't want to run them in turn. All this destroys the bitcoin and significantly limits its capabilities. Legalize and attempt to regulate bitcoin can also destroy everything.

Yes. It should be pretty easy for someone like you. All you only need to do is just to locate the switch that on the blockchain network then switch it off and you get your wish without any hacking of faking anything. Just a switch. But that's on a lighter mode removing those things you said, if it had been that easy, you wouldn't even meet anything called bitcoin because that switch would have even been destroyed years back.

And then, some governments will do the same as the banks, and everybody would lost their faith on bitcoin, or almost everyone.

i think to destroy bitcoin is to hack the block chain because that is the core of a cryptocurrency like bitcoin. but is not an easy thing to do since the blockchain is design with high security a cryptic system and it is decentralised that even a government cannot control it.

I think the easiest way to destroy bitcoin would be to buy all of them but that would be way more expensive than the total market cap. people would figure out whats happening and the price would skyrocket.

Its been shown that it is difficult to achieve consensus in the power centers for a political attack against bitcoin because you would need cooperation from many stakeholders.

This is such an awkward question knowing that we want bitcoin to continue its goodness in the world of cryptocurrency. Well, anyway I think technology is the one that is always involved with bitcoin and it is smarter as we think because of the memory that it can be stored throughout the years. But destroying bitcoin really a massive critic and stressful to our part. In connection with the technology, internet is the main source to contact or communicate or access about bitcoin so perhaps, this can worsen bitcoin or be destroyed with that but I hope it won't. Bitcoin is important to our country to make it better economy why keep destroying it?

I think the blockchain ON/OFF switch is located at blockchain.info's headquarters. They are the company that maintains the authoritative blockchain on their centralized servers. They should be pretty easy to locate. Just check their domain registration for their address.

Destroy the nodes and Kill all the internet cable ports ( on the sea). Bitcoin will still be alive but it will not be accessed, then delete all the databases, burn it. DESTROY Bitcoin will be hard. Bitcoin cannot be destroyed because it will still be there ( from different alts from forks derived from Bitcoin source code). DESTROYING THE SYSTEM WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE.

EDIT: IT IS POSSIBLE if the only last resort is the destruction of the earth.

Honestly, Destroying Bitcoin's System is possible yet it doesn't equal to the death of that system, Bitcoin have been forked for a lot of times producing different altcoins, Bitcoin have been also the pioneer and the primary model of famous altcoins today. Technically speaking, the system will still be alive even if Bitcoin has been destroyed. If there's a way to destroy the system, delete all the cryptocurrency coins and delete their databases + their source code also delete their memory from knowing bitcoin's/cryptocurrency's system.

If only i can relay this question straight to the creator of the alpha of cryptocurrencies, surely he can answer this one but unluckily, he's nowhere to find. I think it's only Satoshi Nakamoto who can destroy the blockchain where this digital coin runs. But why would Satoshi Nakamoto would even do that in the first place? Yes. Although destroying Bitcoins isn't logical and quite stupid for someone who is in the crypto world to do, there are really many ways to do so. One is bombing the root of the block-chain literally. Lol.
Another is when goverments decide to prohibit the usage of bitcoins and other cryoto currencies present.
Legalization of bitcoins can also break it. Because with legalization comes with regulation. And if bitcoins and other crypto currencies get regulated, then it means others will lose interest. A lot. Because decentralization isthe most important asset of bitcoin. And without it., Bitcoin will lose morethan half of its supporters including me.
