Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

I’d better tell you about the ways of AVOIDING scam.

Never use Ethereum address sent you by the one you don’t know.
Use info from official ICO site.
Never enter fishing sites that copy official ICO sites: use tokenmarket and icotracker platphorms.

If you are totally sure that project is SCAM I would recommend you to post about it in your social media (facebook, instagram,  twitter and so on) to warn other people.

If a person will publish an post on that project Scam what will the other users? When the Scam has already held that those who participated in it have lost their money. If the Scam is still in the stage of development that most people will think that it says a competitor and he wants to discredit the project. I think that from destiny will not leave. If you are to be a victim of a fraud then nothing will not save you.

And how do you know that the project is fraud? Then, in order to assert this, there must be some justification for this. If you are deceived, then you must inform the public. Until this happens, you can not say that.

If you have all the proof that a certain project is a certified scam, then, by all means share it to other people via forums such as bitcointalk or bitcoingarden and/or social media.

But, remember you should present only facts and not your opinion regarding the project, otherwise, you will just be labeled as fudder.

Don't invest in ICOs and you'll never get scammed. Wait for new coins to be on the market for a few months before making a decision.
