Xspaced is a platform that supports future subscribers. But the global problem will face many difficulties in terms of border, race or religion... So what does the project have in particular to promote diversity and inclusion?

Good question.

While this is a complex topic, I will try to reply briefly.
We are based out of San Francisco, California.
A company culture that is friendly to diversity, inclusion and the environment is strongly believed the be essential and is cultivated in early stage Startups and aspiring Entrepreneurs.

A few things Xspaced will do to create an inclusive culture is:
- hire based on company values;
- address unconscious bias in hiring (offering equal opportunities to everyone regardless of sex, color, religion, etc.) and keep the teams diverse;
- accept tenants to live on our platform regardless of their racial, ethnicity or religious backgrounds;
- offer a safe environment for Xspaced workers and customers by enforcing anti discrimination policies company wide;
- build community events that bring together tenants that live on the Xspaced platform. This is a powerful tool in creating inclusive communities.[/li][/list]

We focus on this a lot, specially since we are a early stage company.

It is a bit early, I agree.
But while we are finalizing the concept, it seemed like a great idea to reach out to the community with information regarding the project in order to get feedback.

We are gathering as much feedback as possible at the moment to understand how we can create a more valuable product.

Waiting for more info as your website is not yet finished. Team and their background profiles would be great, so we know if they have the capability to run this platform. This kind of service is starting to boom because of millennials. And maybe, there's something in store for us here.
