I have a little confused about mining software, this coin is't based on ETH? If its how to mine use software?

Actually no, we would be ordering our first batch of ASICs and Rigs after the pre-sale ends on 20th of Nov @ 00:00 UTC.

We expect to have the first batch of RIGs delivered and running by the end of the Dec 2017, and ASICs would take abit longer around mid Jan 2018, which is when our ico will come to an end.

We did state that we would be starting up around Q1 2018. So with current timeline, we are able to maybe move abit faster than planned.

However, all will depend on our suppliers' delivery times. For GPU rigs equipment should take about 6 to 8 weeks. For ASICs about 8 to 10 weeks.

Yes. We do have a legal counsel that updates us every as and when. As of 18th nov 2017, we are still considered a security as all our token holders have rights to a share in the payouts and not as a form of a cmonpany issuing dividends. In terms of the law, we are more of a CO-OP mining operation.
