By what things can the experts and the community members evaluate an employee?

By the information about their personal development in their social networks, for example. By the posts about the trainings and the professional events they attend.

And what is the biggest reason people attend professional events?

Networking!  Grin

Our White paper is based on the analysis of the current situation at the sales sector of labour market. You can read through the solutions we provide for HR problems defined during the analysis and find out more about the role of Blockchain in our project.

We have conducted a market research regarding the sales companies and the recruitment of personnel there. We have taken into consideration the reports from those companies. Also we have talked to more than 50 HR directors from such companies as Alpha Bank, Rive Gauche, X5 Retail Group, etc.
Here are the references to ILO, IFC, etc from our WP:

All the pivots resulting from the interviews are mentioned in the latest version of our WP or will be mentioned in its next versions. With every new version of our WP we're literally pivoting towards a greater pain point.

What do you mean by "attitude to work"?

When people think of having a positive attitude, they probably think it’s little more than plastering a smile on their face and trying to think happy thoughts.

But it’s more than that.

Oh, really?

"A job attitude is a set of evaluations of one's job that constitute one's feelings toward, beliefs about, and attachment to one's job." - Job Attitudes. Annual Review of Psychology. Vol. 63:341-367 Timothy A. Judge and John D. Kammeyer-Mueller (Volume publication date - January 2012)

Well, it's all about keeping a positive attitude at work.

Various values will have DIFFERENT weight in calculation of the total coefficient that determines an employee's position in our rating.

What are other values having weight in calculating total coefficient?

They are the following:
  • your communication skills shown during the month;
  • your attitude to work during the month;
  • the support given by you to the colleagues during the month.

To say the truth the issues we are raising here touch me personally literally every day when I am selecting candidates. To what point are their resumes authentic? How profound their skills and competencies are? How can I check that they really can do the things they are writing about? How can I trust the referencies given in a resume or in contacts?

I wish this technology could help and solve these problems. First, the problem of data verification, of the data about skills, competencies, the previous experience. I wish the information about the candidates I review every day was inherently verified, trustworthy, and up-to-date. And that is why I have very high hopes for the new blockchain-based services.
