You can keep AWE tokens in any wallet that supports ERC20 tokens. For example, in the MyEtherWallet.

The matter is that companies are trusted only by certified assessors, and the assessment methodology is rather complicated.

It is impossible to accurately determine the level of development of a particular competency without conducting a special procedure of assessment.

We are planning to provide independent ratings verified by employers.

The status of the employer is to be confirmed by at least 3 real employees from the employer’s company. The employers found cheating will be blocked or their rating will be downgraded.

The verification procedure is a rather complicated question. If you can solve it, you will succeed! I have been studying evaluation, training and personnel development for a long time, and I understand that such a system is simply necessary. But it will be in demand only if the assessment is accurate and operative.

Hi dev team! Will you, please, tell us, how will you evaluate the competencies of employees?

Speaking of hard skills, we will evaluate the competencies of employees on the basis of specialized testing. As for the soft skills, the competencies will be evaluated by an employer.
