All the pivots resulting from the interviews are mentioned in the latest version of our WP or will be mentioned in its next versions. With every new version of our WP we're literally pivoting towards a greater pain point.

What do you mean by "attitude to work"?

When people think of having a positive attitude, they probably think it’s little more than plastering a smile on their face and trying to think happy thoughts.

But it’s more than that.

Oh, really?

"A job attitude is a set of evaluations of one's job that constitute one's feelings toward, beliefs about, and attachment to one's job." - Job Attitudes. Annual Review of Psychology. Vol. 63:341-367 Timothy A. Judge and John D. Kammeyer-Mueller (Volume publication date - January 2012)

Well, it's all about keeping a positive attitude at work.

Various values will have DIFFERENT weight in calculation of the total coefficient that determines an employee's position in our rating.

What are other values having weight in calculating total coefficient?

They are the following:
  • your communication skills shown during the month;
  • your attitude to work during the month;
  • the support given by you to the colleagues during the month.

To say the truth the issues we are raising here touch me personally literally every day when I am selecting candidates. To what point are their resumes authentic? How profound their skills and competencies are? How can I check that they really can do the things they are writing about? How can I trust the referencies given in a resume or in contacts?

I wish this technology could help and solve these problems. First, the problem of data verification, of the data about skills, competencies, the previous experience. I wish the information about the candidates I review every day was inherently verified, trustworthy, and up-to-date. And that is why I have very high hopes for the new blockchain-based services.

Will you have any other ways to monitor for fraud besides collecting reviews?
