like any job seeker should, people need to raise their games and sell themselves. no job seeking avenue will help people who do not sell themselves and raise their profiles.

It’s helping people build up its own career even from the junior level. The more impact you make on your profile, the more information you confirm, the more projects you finish, the more chances to find a better place even by looking for internships.

We consider partnerships with Codeacademy, Coursera (already sent a suggestion), Udacity by providing special packages for Aworker members. It allows regular users to improve their skills in respect to finding better jobs.

I believe Aworker will become a project to change the labour market, and more and more companies do not know much about job seekers' information. Sometimes hiding information is difficult for recruitment.

Hopefully the platform will run better than Linkedin.

By having to confirm skills rather than just friends confirming for you (hello linkedin), this should make the platform more honest and open. Be interesting to see if they can manage this.
