Normal recruitment agencies treat you badly so I can't wait for this to become live.
tell me about it, ive had to deal with 3 of them this week alone! absolutely INEPT, had enough of them, aworker literally cannot come about fast enough
This sounds familiar... I have been having to use an unnamed company for about 5 years now and the amount of times they've let me down... per WEEK I can't count on one hand.. its shocking, they dominate the market and they are just taking profits without doing anything in the way of a service, its shocking, aworker is long long long overdue.

I used to work for a recruitment agency for almost five years. High margins. Many cases at the same time. Too little time to treat the candidates the right way. So glad I today work in another industry. There is a demand for the kind of solution that Aworker provides. That's for sure!

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I can find the recording of the AMA on Facebook? I must admit that doing AMAs on Telegram is easier - just a bit of constructive feedback 😊

I have a FB account purely to check out crypto stuff and under a different name but I don't have a single real friend on there. I'd much rather AMAs were done on here or we were just given links to join livestreams of YouTube AMAs

not 100% sure this is a winner, but happy to be swayed
what are you looking for, profits, or to use the platform itself?... I can see plenty of scope for making good profits on this.. and the platform is surely needed? Happy to help with any questions you have though, feel like I know a bit about this now, i really like these guys :-D

yeah its a little frustrating as Ive ridden myself of facebook and do always like to watch these when possible, there is something about being able to see them react to questions directly that either fills you with confidence or raises alarms... not worried about this project to be honest in that regards as I chat with the team fairly often, but would like the videos to not be on facebook haha, i wont even make a fake profile, cant bring myself to go back!

Agreed that the AMA would be better on Telegram.  I watched it last week on Facebook but it would be possible for more people to attend on Telegram

Holy crap I feel your pain!!!! I have had so many unqualified candidates apply simply because they can click a mouse button. I actually was told by my "unnamed" recruiting company that "most of those are just people looking to fulfill unemployment requirements". So you mean to tell me, I pay per click and you blame my quality of candidates on unemployment scam artists??? Wow...I could have come through the phone I was so upset. But what other option do I have? I hope this project solves that issue.
haha, yeah this project will definitely cut that out mate, much higher quality on here, and incentivised throughout will reduce or eliminate all those wasted hours lost to what you just said..

I agree. Cutting out the middleman in this case is good for corporations as well as candidates. I used to work for a recruitment agency. High margins and honestly a lot of money grabbing. Aworker is an interesting solution!

More fairness if you look at things from the candidate's perspective. Like it.
