How is this soft staking program works? They announced Tomo staking few days ago. I have some Tomo on Kucoin and would know hos this works... Do I need to do something or I just must hold my coins on Kucoin and will get rewards every day? And where I can find rewards calculator?

Basically Kucoin holds your coins and other's coins in wallet so they receive extra coins. Then they split those extra coins among all users based on their balance. You don't need to do anything. I think you can hold coins either in Main or Trading account, but I'm not 100% sure, Main account is safer.
To see how much rewards you get, go to Assets, My Bonus, Other Rewards on the right side, click Details. You will see how much TOMO coins you get daily. Amount changes each day but it's relatively constant so you can calculate yearly income. Kucoin also does this calculation every day and you can check calculated ROI for all cryptocurrencies which are included in Kucoin's Soft Staking program:

Binance is still a good place to go if you aren't going to be withdrawing more than 2 BTC a day. That's usually what I use without having to send off verification. Bittrex is about to start even asking for a social security number soon. I really don't feel comfortable with giving them that. I can kind of understand the ID thing, but I think asking for social security numbers is going a bit too far. Try to avoid any of the places that make you give them this much personal information.

that sounds good but it looks like kucoin is starting to be the world level of cryptocurrency exchange site as kucoin has already accepted so many kind of fiat currencies.
Im very glad to see my local currency is also listed there. Hope more pair will come very soon.

Kucoin is genuinely trying to stay in the market and get investments back into the kcs again. The hope was lost last time but we may see some good investments with the lock up concept introducing.
