Bitcoin - The Movie

Hey,

I'm funding a short [~5-10Min] Bitcoin action movie which will hopefully be made in the near future. I've been having a lot of difficulty thinking up a plot for it though.

I always thought something involving searching for Satoshi would be a fun hook. Like the m char is a journalist looking to cover the story, gets contacted by a government agency looking to use the journalist as a tool to find satoshi themselves. You could add some pretty awesome twists, like the journalist is actually satoshi... the 'government agency' is actually satoshi... etc.

Yeah, we were certainly thinking of some sort of plot which incorporates Satoshi, not sure if we'd want to someone to play his role though. If I can think of a general plot I'd be able to get this moving quickly.

A joint government cooperative is plotting a 51% attack? Bitcoin ninjas are hired to infiltrate the supercomputer network to plant a virus that would actually distribute the attack in a way that wouldn't fork but actually distributes the coins into wallets dedicated to automatically buying reddit gold for everyone on the planet.

Title: "The ASIC project"
here is my small script idea:

First, Some abreviations

GB= Global bank = the ultimate bank on earth
NG= National Goverment (elected by forcing peoples mind)
chip=small electronic device used for Bitcoin mining
BAM=Bitcoin Auto Miner based on cheap components affortable for public.

Earth 2015
Gloabal Bank has all the necessary hardware to do worldwide mining with huge profits.
To achive this, hundreds of "accidents" happened with the most important, the "suiside" of the CEO Dr Manix who invent the chip for the BAM
His lab burned from fire. All the notes from his designs are totaly destroyd (all of them?) 
Before he died, he gave to his son (Dave) a small usb flash memory with ALL the info's about the project.
His father's girlfriend Monica, (secret agent hired from NG) try to find him son and get the flash.

National goverment forced by global bank ( ) gives away millions of $ to find any informations about the Dave's team
(hackers from his College) who try to protect him.
Mike (one of them) has a father named John (former agent joint US special forces) who realised what happened and try to help him..........

Very impressed with this story, can definitely see us incorporating some aspects of this. The video is only going to be 5 minutes long or so most likely so we'd have to keep it very focused. Thanks, will credit you if we end up using any of your ideas.

Mr schwarzenegger arrives from the future, delivering a microchip in a usb drive which gets lost in a collision. The usb is found by a child who plugs it into his laptop, the chip self deploys and uploads the BTC code onto the web .......
