Hey,

As the title says I'm having some problems with getting my armory wallet back online. I have already re-downloaded the block chain and reinstalled/updated armory to the latest version and had no success. My problems started when I attempted to send a small amount of btc a few days ago. Currently my armory will sit at "Preparing databases" for hours and hours without doing anything. Before that it would sit at "scanning transaction history" for hours and hours without doing anything. Really not sure what else to do. I'm not really the typical power user armory seems to be catered for, I do have paper backups and would love to just move my coins to a new wallet if possible. I'll attach my logs below. Thanks for the help ahead of time.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Start bitcoin-qt manually then start Armory. Also, turn off auto bitcoind in File -> Settings (first setting).

Trying that now. Haven't given it much time but nothing seems to have changed. Armory still sitting on "preparing databases" as it was before. Going to let it run for awhile longer though.

Post dbLog.txt if it fails.

Second line on that command prompt tells you where the log is being written to. Your issue is that the DB cannot find any block data at the specified path (the first line). Make sure you have Bitcoin Core installed and properly synchronized before you proceed any further with Armory.

I think I figured it out. Somehow a few random files from the armory folder ended up in the trash can. No idea how they got there, assuming it had something to do with the uninstall.
Now I am looking at this. https://imgur.com/a/zJd2C

I don't know what those files in the db are referring to. Bitcoin core is installed on a different drive and I have armory pointed to look for it there. My bitcoin core is properly synced.
