I think people's expectation for BTG is too high. BTC started in 2009 with a value of a few cents and look what happened since then. < $6000 per BTC >

OK, I admit that it is not the same investment environment as it was back then, but it is still a new Altcoin. The price will even drop a bit lower as people starts to sell BTG to buy BTC over next few weeks.

My prediction for November : BTG = $300 and BTC = $6500 ^smile^

I consider not to wait. Dump them all and buy some reliable coins such as ethereum or Neo, Monero etc.
Checkout bitcoin cash and you will easyly find where the price goes. and also don't forget that bitcoin cash is supported by bitmain.

If your a long term holder the answer would be “yes”. But if your holding bitcoin now for bitcoin Gold fork purpose and sell in panic after then that’s were the problem will occur. You gained free bitcoin gold but lost a approximately 400$ worth of bitcoin if you have 1btc. That seems to be not a good strategy to me.

It is good enough in my opinion. Dear bitcoin holders, you are basically getting free money if you are gonna just dump, what do you expect? Of course its worth. It was suggested that gold's price won't be higher than cash.

BTG is worth nothing, it can't be more expensive than bitcoin cash. Since btg is totally a copycat, I will not invest in this. This will be dumped below 0.05 btc very soon.

The price will not be that high.
A lots of peoples are ready to dump, including all the peoples missed to dump BCH when the price was at least 10% of a BTC. Also the heavy devs premine is scary.
I won't be surprise if the price fall below $20 after a month of trades.

Hodling Bitcoin Gold now is not advisable due to its price volatility since it is a newly fork coins and the market is hot for this coin, You will have a chance to earn a profit if you learn how to ride waves of the price of the market.

SO we all tried HODLing the BTC with the expectation of recieving BTG.  Now we see that the BTC price has gone a bit low in the last two days  (from the highest it had reached) ,however the price of BTG has made up for this loss.SO I wanna ask most of you, if you feel satisfied with what ever happened?
I really do not know what the price of gold bitcoin in the future,
although it can be free of course high price will not be long

After the previous fork a lot of people dumped there bch at the start too and the price plummeted but than to everyones surprise at the time it recovered and has stayed as a major coin ever since. A lot of the time the speculation is wrong so i'm just going to keep my BTG because i got it for free anyway and see where it goes. I always have a few BTC that i'm keeping so these other coins are all for free on the side.

i don't know from where you are getting the "highest" it had reached but you are wrong. the highest price was 0.19BTC yesterday on yobit (which i sold around that price by the way) and that is about $1000+. and yes i am very satisfied with the result. these free moneyz are always satisfying to someone who is holding bitcoin. it is like the world is rewarding you more and more every day for believing in bitcoin. and they always go to the best coin to create these kinds of forks from anyways.

the price seems to be holding up pretty well though. and i am surprised about it to be honest to see it still at 0.08BTC ish... i was expecting it to drop a lot lower, but i guess people ran out of BTG to dump Cheesy

Buying the dip...

I've dumped BTG as soon as I recieved it at YoBit for 430$. I don't think it will be pumped like bitcoin cash.

Bitcoin Gold is only worth to dump. My forecast is 200$ at the end of this week. So 400 is pretty good price to dump imo Wink
I think BTG is a good choice for the moment. It is quite similar to BCH and BCC. When it comes to the floor it is quite expensive, then it is flushed down to very low prices and is bought more.

Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"

BCH and BCC is the same thing... actually probably the preferred ticker is BCH since BCC is taken by another crypto asset (Bitconnect), which is a different "scam" alt.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

I think BitCoingold will be worth more than BitCoincash because this is related to the value of bitcoin.

For newcomers, Bitcoin Gold is very tempting. Moreover, some big market provide free Bitcoin Gold, if we have Bitcoin balance. For free coin which means free money, Bitcoin gold is incredible. may pass Bitcoin cash.

Why do you believe Bitcoin gold may pass Bitcoin cash. In general as it was already mentioned, it is free money and it will highly depend on the dev community but also the miner community. Will be interesting to see, how it will get supported by the market. In general I would not move funds arround, till all dust settled.
