Yes you are too late for BTG but not too late for the Altcoins. The block has been mined and the snapshot has been taken according to which people will receive their coins in a short time. So if you plan on to receive the BTG then it's too late for you. But it's not that late for you to invest in Altcoins since the major Altcoins like ETH, NEO, OMG etc.. although have increased in price but are still at a lower price. The price is half when compared to last month and I think it's still a good price to buy the Alts. Be wise in investing your money and do your own research before investing anything.

I do not think there will be any more price reductions for altcoin today.
Because Harfork BTC will soon succeed and I am sure they will buy the altcoin again.

And trading for BTG because they are new comers. Maybe this hardfork make us confusing but always there's a way for learning
