go outside or simply just take a time off for your own is some good methods to calm when you're angry. The point to getting calm is for you not to do or say anything that against your will while you're in an anger, just keep yourself focus on something besides the reason you angry should do the trick.

Anger is inevitable.Everyone gets angry at a point in time but your ability to control it is what determines your maturity.This is what you should  do.. Quickly come to your senses that you are angry and it makes you aware of the dangers involved as the old adage goes.'act when you are angry and you will make the worse action you can ever forget regret. Sip some cold water and go to bed.that's all

I am having a hard time controlling my anger. Usually, when I am angry, I can say hard words to the person I am angry at. And that is being mean. So now, I am learning to control my anger. In order to control my anger, I just go somewhere else to divert my attention and calm myself. Then I eat sweet foods because I believe sweets help us to feel happy.
