Due to the minimum reserve, others will not be able to use much of this as well.
Probably the most that can be extracted from this account would be 37.5 or maybe 50 XRP which has a market value of less than 0.01 BTC. You might offer this account to one of the guys begging for XRP, then at least you make someone happy :-)

Or if someone has ripple, they can take the account, transfer some into it, then transfer it out back to their account. I have no use for this lol
